EDWARD OH KIM
Edward Oh Kim serves as the CEO of Keirsey, a human behavior research company, and the President of the Keirsey Foundation, a philanthropic initiative for emerging leaders. He is committed to leading and developing innovative solutions that benefit humanity. Edward is a unique blend of pragmatism and vision. He builds disruptive enterprises while also embracing a boundless and spiritual approach to life. At the core of his work is a deep passion for understanding people, reflected in Keirsey’s purpose: “Our mission is to change the world by helping people understand each other.”
Edward is called upon as a consultant to executive leadership teams of the Fortune 500, Global 1000, U.S. government, military, educational institutions, and sociospiritual enterprises. His work has reached over 500 million people in more than 170 countries. Beyond Keirsey, Edward is an Author in Residence at TRUEWORD AI, and a co-founder of ZYBATZU—財閥, a venture incubator-accelerator-builder for startups. Edward is a best selling author of several publications, including: Jesus—B.O.A.T. (the 'Bartender of All Time'); Art of Influence: [and the science behind it] co-authored with Elizabeth Baker; Temperament, co-authored with David W. Keirsey and David M. Keirsey; and I Am a Leader, co-authored with David M. Keirsey.
Edward studied Philosophy, Religion, and Psychology (B.A. @ University of Toronto); Leadership Development and Cultural Anthropology (M.A. @ Fuller Theological Seminary); Organizational Leadership, Sales and Negotiation (Executive Education @ Harvard Business School).
Edward is married to his soulmate, Suzanne Oh Kim, and together they have five children: Olivia, a stylist and designer who affectionately calls Edward “Darth Vader aka Dad,” BFF, and business partner; Jared, a philosopher with a “brilliant mind and beautiful heart,” and a top volleyball player in Southern California; Conrad, a young entrepreneur who founded the Conrad Academy after leaving middle school—former classmates and teachers have pledged their votes for him as future President of the US and Overlord of the Universe. Their Cavachon twins, Emi and Nova, bring beautiful new lessons about love to the world. Suzanne, a retired physician, now explores the intersection of faith, spirituality, and healing. Edward loves his role as Chief Dad Officer and deeply values his partnership with Suzanne.

Drawing on over three decades of expertise, Elizabeth specializes in technology sales leadership. Since 2016, she has helped drive Amazon Web Services’ (AWS) phenomenal growth as the Vice President of Global Deal Strategy and Programs. In this capacity, Elizabeth is responsible for the Private Pricing Program and Strategic Customer Engagements which is a specialized global pursuits team that engages in transformational / strategic, complex, and or highly competitive opportunities. Prior to joining AWS, Elizabeth spent most of her career in various sales leadership roles at SAP and Oracle.
Elizabeth's remarkable achievement is based on : 1/ understanding customers’ behaviors through the lens of temperament; and 2/ the implementation of the Amazon Flywheel approach to AWS customer requests. This involves working backwards from the customer, deeply understanding the customer’s asks and finding cost-efficient solutions that meet the request. Her excellence has been recognized through multiple awards for leadership, impact, designs, and creativity, and partnering, earning her the distinction of being recognized as a Best Business Partner. Looking ahead, she remains committed to improving revenue and enhancing customer experiences through her work with the teams at Amazon Web Services.
Elizabeth holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Berry College and a master's degree in finance and statistics from the University of St. Thomas.
Elizabeth thrives in the innovative environment at Amazon Web Services, feeling as though she's working in "Willy Wonka and the infrastructure factory." She is grateful to the leaders who have empowered her to believe in her limitless potential. Having experienced guidance early in her career, Elizabeth places great importance on mentoring others, particularly women, and paying forward the knowledge she has gained.
Elizabeth is happily married to her husband, Greg Lyon, and together they have three children: Preston, Marshall, and Shelby. Preston is thriving in commercial real estate, Marshall is a Public Defender, and Shelby recently started her education journey. Elizabeth takes great pride in her children's achievements and is grateful for her husband's unwavering support in her own career.
Her advice to young professionals is to be bold and make a positive, memorable impact in everything they do.
